To contribute to educational opportunities for low-income at-risk populations within East Contra Costa County through training, advocacy, and the pursuit of philanthropic donations and grants.
To further opportunities for the homeless, and those who are spiritually, socially and economically disenfranchised in today’s society.
To commit to supporting the socio-economic and emotional growth of children, families and staff through counseling, encouragement, nurturing and empowerment.
To provide effective service in the development of human, social, and economic skills, through education assistance, employment research skills and techniques, emergency temporary housing and food, legal counseling and any additional community based services for families, elderly, youth and individuals.
